Chronology

1708: Siberia established as one of the original Governorates of Russia

1782: Siberia Governorate split into Tobolsk and Irkutsk

1918: Provisional Government created during Russian civil war. Near the end of the year it nominally joins Admiral Kolchak's administration, but continues to operate generally separately, sharing a capital with the Kolchak government

1919: Overthrown by the Yenisey Governorate Zemstvo Board
